The Evaluation Process:

The Evaluator/Employability expert will conduct a full interview of the person to be evaluated to include their employment and job history, education, training and skills. In addition, the evaluator may conduct testing and surveys to determine the individual's strengths, weaknesses, and interests.

The evaluator researches the targeted job market. For the unemployed or under-employed individual the evaluation may include job search strategy and activity. The evaluation may include suggestions for additional resources and action for the individual's search for employment.

The evaluator then prepares a detailed, objective, accurate evaluation of that person's value in the job market which is submitted to the referring attorney.
